The Plan

Phase 1:  Move into studio apartment (or condo) to train ourselves how to live in a small space.

• February 2019 target date
• Completed!

Phase 2:  Purchase a travel trailer and a truck for weekend getaways and work from home weeks.

• January 2020 is target date.
• Will need RV and Truck storage outside of the bay area where prices are cheaper.
• Need to figure out best way to get dogs to RV that hopefully avoids getting truck, coming back for dogs, going back to RV.

Phase 3:  Sell condo and move into RV full time in a Bay Area Long Term RV Park

• January 2021 is target date.
• Will need to be within 1 hour of work via motorcycle
• Will need to be within 30 min of public transportation for Jiyeon
• Lot should include water, sewage, trash, electricity, wifi for $1500 or less

Phase 4:  Get a full time remote work position or 2 days per month and move out of bay area

• January 2022 is target date.
